REFRESH YOUR RITUAL

Updated: Nov 24, 2020

Your skin changes with the seasons and your skincare ritual may need some adjustments. For many people the cold winter weather can bring uncomfortable dryness to the skin of the face, hands and feet.

Some Tips

Moisturize more. You may have a moisturizer that works well in spring and summer. But, as the weather changes you may need more moisturizer or special treatment products.

Sunscreen is still important during winter months...

Don't forget your hands. The skin on your hands is thinner than on most parts of the body. Use a good moisturizing hand cream. Wear gloves when out in the cold.

Hydrate for your health, not for your skin. Water is good for your overall health and the skin of someone who is dehydrated will benefit from fluids.

Your feet and legs. During winter your feet and legs need a stronger moisturizer. Also, use exfoliants to get rid of the dead skin.

Overnight masks help lock in all those serums, creams and oils. Skin hydration levels start to decline in the afternoon and continue overnight. PM masking is extremely helpful to keep the skin hydrated.
